Hector and Noble public house is looking for a passionate, hard-working Head Chef to deliver outstanding quality dishes and service at our venue in Victoria Park Village. We are an independent team and we're looking for someone to help us deliver a high quality menu and improve our service standards throughout the pub.
- You must be willing to work hard and have a strong range of kitchen experience.
- Willingness to work in a small team and independently when required.
- Conduct kitchen recruitment and training to support all kitchen roles and aid service.
- Training in our current menus will be provided.
The role entails a minimum of 40 hours in the kitchen a week with considerate hours, daytime shifts as well as evening and weekend, with strong management support.
The role:
- Head Chef
- Responsible for kitchen operations
- Excellent level of pay starting, leading to salaried role after a successful probation period
- Minimum of 40 hours per week in the kitchen
Desirable skills and experience:
- A wide range of kitchen experience
- Outstanding communication
- Hardworking
- A strong team player
- Willingness and commitment to learn
About us:
We run several Modern British and US styled venues in Hackney, East London. These include Hackney Bureau, The Advisory and our pub Hector and Noble. We currently have these three sites operating as well as several pop-ups. We are a young and highly ambitious group, looking to raise the quality and experience of customers at our current venues, and looking to expand.
