Belair House is a stunning Georgian Mansion situated in the heart of Dulwich. This well establish wedding, events and dining venue is currently recruiting for an experienced head chef to join our team to oversee the smooth operation of its kitchen.
The ideal candidate would be a long term appointment with strong culinary skills, experience of banquet dining and a vision to drive the concept of the public restaurant forwards.
Applicants for this role will have previously held a Head Chef position in a similar environment and have a quality background with a track record of working with fresh ingredients and preparing cuisine from scratch.
Applicants should be experienced in costings, menu development, health and safety, and back office management and will be able to train, develop and lead a small but dedicated team.
The Head Chef will be involved in all staffing, disciplinary and review procedures and will be capable of producing a kitchen report to be presented and discussed with management on a weekly basis.
