The Pub
We are a fresh food pub in Stoke Newington – North London. We do what a great pub does, serves great drinks – craft Beers, cask Ales and cocktails, fresh food and provide a unique meeting point for the community. DJs, live bands, weekly quiz, live sports make this a popular local.  Our Sunday roasts have had great reviews and this is something that we are very proud of!
We need a Head chef to join the team and manage all aspects of the kitchen, be able to organize and communicate effectively, be personable, approachable and engage the team and have their own ideas to help to drive food sales forward.
Skills we are looking for;

Minimum of 2 previous years’ experience – either be a current Head Chef or Sous Chef wanting to take control of your own kitchen.
Work with the General Manager to use your ideas to be creative and drive the business.  We are in strong growth and look to continue this.
Stability – we are looking for someone who has had a steady and progressive career path.
A good understanding of General Practitioner ’s and the ability to hit set targets.
The ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written English.
A strong team leader with a great eye for detail.
Is passionate about seasonal, fresh food
Manage all kitchen paperwork, health and safety and compliance, experience in daily and weekly reporting, rotas and ordering.
The ability to create daily specials – use your creativity and flair and showcase your talents!
