We are looking for a dynamic Head Chef to join our team and help launch our brand new restaurant in Putney.
The restaurant is headed up by three guys who have been working in the London restaurant scene for over 40 years combined and specialise in running neighbourhood restaurants. Behind the scenes is a very successful London Restauranteur who holds a Michelin Star at one of her other restaurants.
What we are setting out to create is a local cafe, bar and restaurant with a real emphasis on good quality food (brunch, lunch and dinner), delicious cocktails and an amazing atmosphere.
From our head chef we are looking for someone who is:
- Driven to send out the best food using the best ingredients possible.
- Able to cost a menu and deliver it consistently day in, day out.
- On top of all Allergen information, HACCP and relevant day to day paperwork.
- Cool under pressure and doesn’t resort to screaming and shouting.
- Able to hire staff, lead, train and inspire a team of chefs working under them.
Oh… and most importantly get their hands / whites dirty whenever its required.
Brilliant in house training.

All applicants must speak fluent English and have all relevant documentation required to work in the UK.
