We are advertising for a head catering driver / delivery logistics manager at Jones and Sons in Dalston.
In 2014 the outside catering arm of Jones and Sons was launched, delivering delicious and beautifully presented food for photo, film and TV shoots, as well as special events such as fashion week, weddings and private parties.
Duties will include.
* Delivering food daily to our locations
* Having a good knowledge of food and food presentation
* Co-ordinating daily logistics for the delivery team
* Being the first point of call in the morning for our clients
* Upkeep of equipment and weekly inventory
* Liaising with Chefs and GM with any operational issues
* Stock Control of combustibles and catering supplies
* Upkeep of vans, planning MOT's and servicing
As this is a driving position you will need to be over 25 years of age with no more the 6 points on your full UK licence.
You will be given a van and fuel card to get to work everyday.
