Head breakfast chef - 5* boutique hotel
Our client is one of the most luxurious boutique hotel with one of the best restaurant in London currently looking for an experienced head breakfast chef. Salary for the right candidate can be up to £30,000/year.
The position involves cooking on a high standard classical breakfast from full English breakfast to eggs Benedict for up to 80 guests on a basic schedule from 5am to 3 pm 5 days out of 7.
You will be preparing and cooking the a la Carte breakfast menu in a well-equipped and spacious kitchen with other experienced breakfast chefs.
The ideal candidate will have:
Passion for cooking
Ability to work under pressure
experience in a 5* hotel / luxury restaurant.
experience as a head breakfast chef
Eligibility to work in the UK
Clear desire to progress in a 5 star environment.
Confidence in working under pressure
The ability to prepare dishes to order
Good communications skills and good level of spoken English.
