Ray’s Bar is a cocktail-focused late-night basement bar, a perfect escape from the high street. As the sister bar to Voodoo Ray’s Dalston, we pride ourselves on our high drinks standards and development, relaxed service and great music.
We are looking for a head bartender who can also act as the Assistant to the General Manager. Ideal candidates should have 2 or more years of cocktail bartending experience, along with creative skills and a passion for drinks and service.
Your role would be leading service, maintaining high drinks standards and stock control, and have creative input into the menu to drive the business forward.
This is a fulltime position of 40 hours a week, with a competitive hourly rate, plus a share of tronc service.
