Lantana is looking for a Head Barista for Lantana Fitzrovia, central London.

About you:
- high attention to detail and quality control;
- at least 12 months barista experience in a similar independent cafe environment;
- an infectious passion for coffee and the hospitality industry;
- able to develop and train staff in coffee – including the blend, methods of extraction, type of drinks and latte art;
- high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
This is a permanent, full time position - approximately 40 hours per week across five days – with a very attractive rate of pay and working conditions. We are open 8am – 6pm seven days a week.
Serving delicious food and coffee is as important to us as warm and friendly customer service. No one ‘too cool for school’ need apply.
