We have a fantastic Bohemian social hub that serves Speciality coffee with brilliant brunch all week and live music, and DJ at the weekends.
Looking for an exceptional Barista to take over as head barista in a busy environment. Knowledge in coffee and experience of using a manual machine is a must. You will be given full creative input and allowed to change the coffee during your shifts. We also do filter coffee with V60, Chemex etc. We have a great team that you will be working alongside. Other responsibilities (opening, closing, stock take ,keeping the till etc.). You will be ordering coffee from 'The Barn' and working closely with them. We can also offer training to get you ready. We use a La Marzocco FB80 Espresso Machine alongside Mythos grinder and an EK43 for guest coffee!
• 35 hours minimum
• 6 day shift ( 8.30-4 pm) with Monday off ( closed)
