Friends of Ours in Hoxton is looking to hire a Head Barista to be responsible for our coffee offering.   2022 will be an exciting time as we look to improve our Hoxton Cafe and also open new posts.
We use Dark Arts single origin coffee as our espresso, brewed using our Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Gravimetric. Filter coffee is brewed on a Bunn Smart Wave and we offer 2 different filter options each day. As we approach spring we're working on our Cold Brew offering and looking into Iced Tea and other iced drinks.

Expert level knowledge of coffee across both espresso and filter
