Chapter coffee is an award winning independent coffee roaster.
We are looking for a passionate experienced barista to head up the team at our new flag ship cafe and roastary in West Kensington.  The cafe will be open all day , serving coffee and food all day in our eatery. Breakfast, lunch and drinks and sharing plates into the evening. All day dining, artisan coffee and roasting, this exciting new space will be the flagship home of Chapter Coffee. We are looking to build the team and grow the Chapter brand!

The ideal candidate will have:

Knowledge of all expresso based drinks
Min 3 years min barista experience
Min 1 years manager/supervisor experience.
Milk technique and latte art
Different brewing methods
Dial in and grind adjustment
Advanced spoken and written English
experience of cafe operational paperwork
Opening and closing experience and cash handling.
Health and Food safety due dilligence
Exceptional customer service skills

Role responsibility:

Opening the cafe
Setting up the coffee bar, coffee dial in and preparation.
Daily operations of coffee shop floor
Assisting the GM in daily operations, staff management  and training.
Closing and cash up on GM days off
Engaging with customers

£9-9.50Ph experience depending plus Tronc.
We are also looking for additional team baristas - £8.50 per hour plus Tronc.
