Lupo Bros; we have just opened our second site in East Sheen and the response has been fantastic.
We require a experienced barista to take care of our people, coffee and coffee machine.
Duties
- Look after and take care of all our guests.
- Fantastic team player and communication skills.
- Lead the team by example
- Produce many expresso based coffees
- Encourage menu development
- Recruit, train and develop junior baristas, with a dedicated training program.
- Key-holder responsibilities; Opening/Closing.
- Make weekly schedules for the team
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Encompass health and hygiene procedures for all to follow.
