TRADE is an award winning independently owned café in central London that is looking for a talented and passionate Head Barista to ensure the quality and consistency is consistently excellent.
We are looking for an exceptional person. One who will fit in with our ethos on service and hospitality. Our Head Barista must have a wide knowledge of coffee and be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of espresso shot assessment and quality control. They will understand Brew ratios and have a working knowledge of coffee equipment. They will also have had a long stint as a head barista or senior barista in another reputable coffee shop, serving speciality coffee.
Our standards are very high and we need people who want to be involved in a passionate and independent company with ambitions for growth. Above all the successful candidate will have a great personality and attitude to working well as a team for the benefit of our customers.
