Head Bar Tender -  The Royal Opera House
The Royal Opera House is looking to recruit a Head Bar Tender with a passionate interest in food, drink, and brilliant customer service.
The Royal Opera House is in its final stages of refurbishment Open Up. Open Up is a major change which involves opening the doors of The Royal Opera house to the general public as well as enhancing the experience for our guests attending performances.
We are looking for experienced Head Bar Tender who would start with us ahead of the new opening of our brand new restaurant.
The successful candidates must:

Be reliable, great team players with excellent performance in customer service and organization skills.
Be able to communicate with confidence, with a good standard of English.
Have a great eye for detail and exemplary personal presentation.
Be able to adapt to quickly changing situations.
Show genuine commitment to the job and team.
experience working in a performance related venue.
Must have experience with stock management, working behind a heavy paced dispense bar in a busy restaurant (130 x covers)
Must be able to start by the 17th September 2022

Successful applicants WILL enjoy:
