We are looking for a passionate Head Bar Tender with previous experience. You will be a team player, passionate about guests interaction and will be ready to take the next step in your career. You will be looking for a role that you know you will be able to develop in.

What we are looking for:

To be an ambassador of the culture of Marcus Wareing Restaurants.
Previous cocktails experience in London in a similar role is essential.
Great attention to detail and training skills.
Real passion to produce the most fantastic cocktails.
Ability to wow our guests with the classics but also a curiosity for the new.
Enthusiastic, quick thinking with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure
A strong command of English is also needed.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
