We are looking for an experienced and lively Head Bar Person /Mixologist. Our aim is to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our professional clientele to wind down with cocktails, spirits and champagne.
Key Duties: 
Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Bar, thus ensuring guests receive the highest possible standards of service at all times 
Lead and motivate team members with enthusiasm
Responsible for mixing cocktails according to guest requests. 
Be able to happily converse with guests and recommend cocktails accordingly 
Ensure cocktail station is clean at all times 
Ensure there is sufficient stock of cocktail mixes, fruit and accompaniments  
Be fully conversant in premium bar drinks and various champagnes 
Suggest ways to improve the standards and service of the bar 
Responsible for cashing up at end of shift 
The ideal candidate will: 
Have a great personality, and excellent customer service skills 
Be experienced in mixology 
Be a personal licence holder 
Have experience in leading a team 
Presentable with impeccable manners
