Head Baker (Bread) London £30000 5 day week 45 hour contract
We are a high quality Continental Artisan Bakery based in South East London area and we are now looking for a Head Baker to lead our bread team through the afternoon shift. We are offering a strong salary as we are in need of a very experienced and capable Head Baker.
You will be leading a small team of 11 bakers where you will be responsible for everything from quality through to the production and leadership of the team. Reporting to the Executive Head Baker, you will be very well supported in everything that you do and need.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Baker with solid management and artisan production experience. As you'll have the strong support of the Executive Head Baker, we ware looking for a Baker with either Head Baker experience or someone who has been a supervisor in the past. Strong communication skills and artisan bread skills are essential.
£30,000 salary
45 hour contract 5 days per week
28 days holiday
