Brickwood Coffee and Bread are a little family of award-winning neighborhood cafes in SW London independently owned and operated.

Our places are one of the few genuine Australian and New Zealand influenced cafes in London where quality brunch and coffee is our focus. With great music, buzz and laid back full table service we aim to create true neighborhood café culture.
We have grown organically while maintaining our core values of being approachable, keeping it simple and keeping a focus on coffee, brunch, and service.

We are now looking for passionate, energetic and fun individuals who share these same values to join our teams as Baristas in our busy cafes.
A barista looking to take the next step from big corporate chains.

You should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar environment and if applying for a Barista position you must have relevant experience and basic latte art. We have an outstanding training programme with Caravan Roasters and confident can get baristas to an outstanding level very quickly as long as you have the right attitude.

Weekly hours 45-50 on a Rota shift system including weekends.
Part-time positions available.

Competitive pay rate and better then most chains + Generous tips.
We pay more than all High Street chains but expect better as well.
A great next step for baristas looking to develop to artisanal coffee.
