The successful applicant will be require to carry out Handyperson jobs such a plumbing, carpentry, minor adaptations, security works and any other minor repairs. You must be able to work on your own initiative, organize appointments, complete paperwork and be able to drive to and from jobs. Within your role you will also be required to estimate works, complete reports and record mileage and other costs. You will be required to have a good standard of written, verbal and numeric skills and well as PC skills. To be considered for this role you will need to have your own basis tools, a valid driving license and use your vehicle.
