We are looking for handyman operatives able to carry out general maintenance tasks such as moving floor boxes, moving furniture, hanging pictures/whiteboards/televisions (snagging). Painting experience is also essential.
The successful candidate will be taken on as a subcontractor (so will require a CIS card) but given 40 hours work a week. We have been working alongside one of our subcontractors for over 35 years so this position would suit someone looking for a stable, long-term income, not just seasonal project work.
The starting rate is £90 a day (before tax) and the works are based in centres in and around London. A travel allowance of £7.50 is given on top of the daily rate and the daily rate has the potential to increase upon good performance reviews from our clients. A vehicle is essential as we have some centres in the South East that we need cover for.
