I run my own business in property rentals in East London and am looking for someone in the handyman role. Duties will include the following:
- Basic Plumbing (not Gas)
- Basic Carpentry
- Tiling and Grouting
- Painting (internal only)
- General DIY repair work
- Other related works (internal only)
- Any Electrical experience useful
All tools and materials are provided but if you have your own tools then that helps.
The position is freelance and you must pay your own tax and receipt payments. Payment is electronic transfer on the day. It will be weekend occasional work only (dependent on demand) and needs to be flexible as there are no set working hours but jobs will be pre-booked in advance when you are free.
Rate is £20/hour with a minimum of 2 hours work per job but usually more, typically half or full days.
