Main Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for performing repairs around the homes as needed.
- General duties include clearing and repairing, performing renovations on properties, maintaining and general upkeep such as painting, clearing drainpipes, watering grass and gardens, mowing lawns and hauling garbage, always ensuring proper disposal techniques are adhered to.
-You will also respond to emergency calls from management.
- Part of your weekly duty will be to take pictures and to write a report at the end of each week as well as planning the jobs for the following week.
- Every month, a heavy check of all our care homes will be done and reports will be given to management
