Our company is looking for a handyman to join our maintenance team.
We currently have more than 170 residential properties (accommodating over 1000 young professionals) under our management around London.
Your will be dealing with the day-to-day maintenance issues of the premises, working in preventive and reactive maintenance and preparing new properties for occupancy
Skills Required
Plumbing- amend existing installation and new installations
Painting and decorating
Tiling
Drywalls and plastering
Electrical- amend existing installation and new installations
Furniture assembly
Kitchen and Toilet installations
Requirements
Valid EU license
Good experience in maintenance and construction
Can do attitude
Self-motivated
Good at time management and and able to prioritise
Multi-tasking
Management background will be an advantage
Health and Safety awareness is an advantage but not mandatory.
