Property Investment Company with large private residential portfolio requires handyman to join our in house maintenance team to start immediately.
Office in Battersea, 90% of properties within 5 miles from office.
Your experience should enable you to undertake many maintenance tasks required to repair residential properties both internally and externally, skills set should include but not limited to;
General Carpentry
Tiling
Basic Painting and decorating
Laying flooring
Fitting Shower Screens, bath panels, fixing toilets - general bathroom maintenance.
Basic plumbing ie. Waste pipes, ability to plumb in a washing machine
Rendering / plastering
Fixing / replacing Locks
Ideal candidates should have;
A driving licence.
2-5 Years’ experience as a handyman
- Contractual Hours, Mon to Fri; 8:30 to 18:00.
- Pay 25K per annum
