B and B London Ltd are looking for an all-round skilled tradesman with confidence, experience and who is highly efficient. You will support the Guest House, Pubs and the kitchen maintenance and handyman requirements from preventative maintenance to urgent repairs.
As a Maintenance member you will be required to work under the general direction of the office Manager to ensure that routine maintenance is performed for the guest house equipment to be operated with maximum efficiency to achieve customer and guest satisfaction. The successful Maintenance member must be able to demonstrate that they can work to organize themselves, carryout instructions, be flexible, adaptable and proactive.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, joinery work, routine checks to see if appliances work, clearing of guttering, changing locks etc, the upkeep of the bedrooms and functions rooms is paramount, some painting may be required and most importantly MUST HAVE EYE FOR DETAIL.
Must have your own transport and tools to fulfil the role.
