BKCA ltd is recruiting now 2 x Multi-Trader / Handyman to work in London and surrounding areas and join our team. The perfect candidate needs to be able to carry out various jobs including: Tiling, Carpentry, Plastering, Electrics, Plumbing, Flooring. To be able as well to perform kitchen fitting, bathroom installations and maintenance repairs.
The prospective candidate must have:
- Full valid driving license.
- Must have a good understanding and be able to speak, read and write in English.
- Resourceful and confident to work on their own.
- Capable of communicating clearly to office staff, reporting on completed jobs/further works required.
- Comfortable using the office maintenance reporting system.
- Able to use an iPhone, not mandatory
- Approachable and friendly manner to the customers.
- Proven experience is essential with references required.
