Property Investment Company with large private residential portfolio requires handyman to join our in house maintenance team to start immediately.
Office in Battersea, 95% of properties within 3 miles from office.
Your experience should enable you to undertake many maintenance tasks required to repair residential properties both internally and externally, skills set should include but not limited to;
- General Carpentry
- Tiling
- Basic Painting and decorating
- Laying flooring
- Fitting Shower Screens, bath panels, fixing toilets - general bathroom maintenance.
- Basic plumbing ie. Waste pipes, ability to plumb in a washing machine
- Rendering / plastering
- Fixing / replacing Locks
Ideal candidates should have:
A driving licence
2-5 Years’ experience as a handyman
be able to speak full English.
- Contractual Hours, Mon to Fri; 8:30 to 18:00.
- Pay 25K per annum
