English-speaking handy-person needed to assist in maintenance, some repairs, inspections and care-taking duties, involving building interiors and exteriors, hard surface areas, and gardens.

Must be able to work within a team politely, discretely and responsibly, to follow instructions, and have common sense. You are expected to behave with discipline, providing your work in a professional and expedite manner. Basic skills in building work (repairs), gardening, plus a bit of welding and very basic electrical repairs are useful (but not mandatory).

Payment: on receipt of your invoice as contractor, £72 full day during 3-month trial, £88 after that.
Number of hours during trial: 8:00-12:00 hrs (morning shift), 13:00 to 17:00 hrs (afternoon shift), 1 or 2 days a week.
Tools: provided by the Management; you just have to bring yourself punctually in a presentable manner.
Opportunities: possibility to work more hours and to take on supervising duties, subject to quality of.
