We are looking for a handyman/woman who can look after all the necessary maintenance works for properties we manage across London.
The typical type of skills required is, painting, board erecting, lock changing/repairs, small leaks repair, drain blockage, light bulb changes, testing smoke alarms and basic carpentry works.
The day to day role will be varied and interesting. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to conduct inspections and audits - so good customer service skills are important as you will be dealing with customers and be an ambassador of the Pad brand.
We will provide a van and phone, the salary is dependent upon skills and experience.
