Guest Services Executive for Serviced Apartments in the City

City Apartments Ltd is regarded as the leading provider of fully serviced short term apartments in the Square Mile and West End of London, operating over 200 apartments.
Due to further expansion, we're increasing our Guest Services team and are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and helpful person to look after our guests and make them fall in love with us!
As a Guest Services Executive you are responsible for the complete happiness of our guests from the minute they arrive until the day they leave. Your day to day tasks are therefore varied with no two days being the same. You could be meeting a guest from a long flight one minute, and advising on a good restaurant the next - you will not get bored in this role!
Successful applicants will be highly organised, immaculately presented, and passionate about helping people. Whilst apartment-industry experience is not crucial, applicants must have customer-facing experience and a desire to help people. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
This is a full-time job on a shift pattern with weekends and evenings shifts required. The team at City Apartments is a young, energetic, dedicated bunch who possess a strong passion to be the best in the business.
