Our hotel is looking for a Guest Service Manager (Duty Manager), it is a full time position of 40 hrs over 5 days per week, including weekends, bank holidays and some night shifts might be required.
Your duties will include:
To assist in all departments of the hotel as required.
Check in and check outs
Proficient in all departments and in particular front of house.
Knowledge of all services provided by the hotel.
Supervise and lead a small team
Training and motivation for all staff
To ensure that guests’ names and their correct titles are used at all times.
Serving guests as and when needed
To resolve and report all comments/complaints/problems.
To be successful for this role you will need to have a solid background in a good quality 3 or 4 star hotel, minimum experience 2 years in front office capacity.
