Our Serviced Apartments company are looking for a friendly proactive Guest Liaison Officers to assist with Check Ins and Check Outs.
You will be the face of the company so the following are aspects are vitally important for the role;
- Smart/Casual Professional Appearance
- Customer Communication Skills
- Confident and Outgoing Personality
- Must be able to use their own initiative
- Responsible and Trustworthy
Responsibilities
• Meeting guests at the property and welcoming them. Being their first face to face contact with the company and giving a good impression.
• Property inspections – checking the property is fully cleaned and furniture in correct position, bedding arranged properly, stocked with Towels, toiletries etc
• Showing guests around the property (showing them dishwasher, washing machine, wifi etc)
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the properties and the local area in order to answer guests’ questions.
• Liaising with guests acknowledging expected time of arrival.
• Conducting check outs – meeting guest to pick up keys, perform a property inspection get important feedback from guests about their stay
Hours
Your contracted hours will be 10am-7pm with 1 hour for lunch 5 days a week. You will be required to work in accordance with the times guests are arriving and leaving.
This means you can either claim overtime or have time of in lieu.
Check ins are usually between 4pm – 7pm and check outs are usually any time before 11am. These times however vary as every guest will have different travel arrangements. Each appointment should only last approximately 30 Mins.
Skills

• Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written)
• Outgoing, confident and energetic personality
• Stamina and enthusiasm
• Planning and organisational skills
• Flexibility
• Common sense
• A hands-on and proactive approach
Although it is not required, a degree or experience in one of the following subjects may be useful to the role:
• Hospitality and Tourism
• Leisure
• Modern languages
• Customer Service
Salary
The salary will depend on experience and how much time you are able to dedicate to us. Bonuses will be awarded on performance and there is plenty of opportunity to grow within the company. The right candidate could progress quickly.
