With the renovations of the hotel expected to be completed by the 1st July, we want to find enthusiastic, genuinely friendly and passionate people to come and help us build something exciting.
We are looking for a Guest experience Manager to join our expanding Front of House team, who will be the main person to ensure an exceptional and personalized experience for all our guests throughout their stay.
Your main area of responsibility will be to deliver fantastic experiences for our guests, at arrival and during their stay, but also to be the person a guest turns to if they have a concern or feedback. You will be present in the lobby and throughout the hotel during your shift, interacting with guests and helping them with whatever they need; in short, you will be leading and supporting all Guest experience initiatives at the property.
The ideal candidate is an individual who cares about providing excellent service to our guests and who can use their intuition and creativity to deliver a wondrous experience for everyone. You will be able to maintain a positive and calm outlook regardless of what challenges the shift might bring and have an excellent ability to lead and motivate your team.
As a minimum we would expect you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the flexibility to work shifts to include some nights and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. experience within a similar environment is preferable, however we recruit for attitude rather than experience and will give you the tools to ensure you will be successful in your role.
