Guest Experience Intern in London

As an Guest experience Intern, you will be responsible for securing valuable bookings from respectful guests, preparing guests for their stay and solving in­-stay issues.
You will be speaking with people from all four corners of the world helping them to have a great stay in their home away from home.
The work is shift based. While mostly you will be working during the weekend, there might be some evening shifts during the weekdays as well.
The best Guest experience Intern will have experience in fast­-paced environments, physical or other.
Must have:
- The ability to prioritise tasks and make quick decisions based on available context is a vital success factor.
- Motivated to solve problems quickly and comprehensively. They concentrate on, and take pride in, their work, and when they make (or spot) mistakes, they accept responsibility and avoid repeating the error, or push for systemic changes.
Performance Objectives:
1. Convert more than 50% of booking enquiries into reservations
2. Respond to all guest messages within 30min
3. Troubleshoot in­-stay issues to find acceptable solutions quickly
4. Communicate with in­-stay guests so that the majority of reviews are 5 ­stars
5. Strike a friendly, engaging and fair tone / stance with guests at all times
