Your responsibilities as aGroups Coordinator will include:-  Provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests- Managing the administration for group bookings once a group has been handed over to you from our Group Sales team- Adhere to the hotel and Park Plaza Hotels corporate guidelines and service conceptsWe are looking for The ideal Groups Coordinator will:- Have previous experience working within a hotel reservations department- Have experience of adhering to hotel and company procedures- Be able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling- Deliver excellent guest service every day- Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations- Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure- Ability to maintain high standards of work whilst dealing with high volume- Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
