Reporting to the CFO, the role of the Group Financial Controller will include: * Preparing accurate and timely consolidated monthly management accounts including commentary for variances to budgets * Producing full monthly Board Packs * Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts for franchisees * Group weekly cash flow forecasting * Managing a team of 8 staff * Primary contact during the audit process and preparing statutory accounts for group companies * Overseeing the preparation of financial information for the operations team * Involvement in the budgeting process * Review and responsibility for financial controls The Candidate * Qualified Accountant * At least three years' experience in a financial controller role * At least one years experience working within a retail or consultancy environment * Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills and systems experience * Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
