Group Financial Controller – TV, Film and Theatre £60,000 per annum Full time Based in London, MaryleboneA great opportunity has arisen for a Group Financial Controller to join a TV, film and theatre production Company based in the heart of London. Our client is looking for a Group Financial Controller who will work on budgeting, consolidated cash flow control, management accounts and financial analysis. You will report to Finance Director and will manage a team of bookkeepers.  This role would suit a qualified accountant with experience in the TV industry.  Main duties:

Produce Cash Flow, P and L, Balance Sheet and full report monthly for each of the group’s production companies.
Advise on financial planning for the group companies.
Work with our external accountants to coordinate statutory financial statements for the individual companies in the group.
Work with our external accountants to coordinate consolidated statutory financial statements for the top company.
Coordinate group auditing process from inception.
Provide support to the Finance Director as required.
Liaise with current bookkeepers and provide support and coaching.
Prepare all year end journals
Prepare management valuations on investments at each year end and presenting to the board.
experience and skills:

ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
experience in TV/Film production accounting.
experience in group accounting and consolidation.
Advanced Excel skills
Previous auditing experience
experience with SAGE software beneficial
