Location: West Wickham near Croydon
We are a well established grounds maintenance, gardening and cleaning contractor based in West Wickham near Croydon. The majority of our work is on communal areas in blocks of flats and residential estates.
We are looking to employ and additional member of staff to help in the delivery of our services mainly across Kent, Surrey and London
Key Skills:
- experience in garden maintenance and gardening
- familiar with the use of power equipment - for example Mowers, hedge cutters and strimmers
- knowledge of lawn treatments, planting and landscaping
- PA1 and PA6 spraying licence although not essential would be advantageous
- the job is anticipated to involve mostly gardening and grounds maintenance but there will be an element of cleaning
Formal qualifications are not required
A driving licence would be preferable
You will need to be punctual, reliable and have a flexible attitude at work. We normally work in teams of two and are in contact with customers so a helpful demeanour, good communication skills and the ability to work with others is important.
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Wage Rate: £8.50 to £10.75 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications
