The company is looking for grounds operatives to help with our council/domestic contracts:
The key skills we desire:
Quick and effective operative, eye for detail, relible,
A keen willingness to learn, can act on his/her initiative and ambitious.
Work duties the operative will be doing on a daily basis:
Mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, weeding, blowing and general labouring.
No qualifications required but a driving license and some experience would be adventageous.
Opportunity to attain qualifications and courses.
Performance bonus will be available, at my discretion.
Potential of taking a van home or petrol expenses to be renbursred.
