You will give your availability to work 2 working days a week each month or 3 half days a week. We will then allocate your jobs (if they are available) to you 24 hours before your day of work. Work is very frequent but their are periods where you may not have work)
Your job will involve
* Providing access to workmen to complete maintenance jobs
* Doing basic handy jobs (tidying/cleaning/inspections)
* Liasing with Tenants
* Supporting with Admin work
* Purchasing Items and dropping them off at properties
We are a small virtual agency for one main landlord and we all are very supportive of one another.
Pay is fortnightly at £8.00 per hour
Drivers preferred.
