We have 3 busy kitchens locations and are currently recruiting for the Battersea's one.
Rate of pay : Up to £9/hour
+ Service charge
+ Bonus
Role as Chef De Partie :
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals
Be responsible for all dishes that are prepared in your section
Be very organised and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
Have excellent attention to detail and able to deliver consistency
Reliably carry out orders handed down to you by the Sous Chef and Head Chef
Working with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to maintain high compliance standards for all food prepared and produced
Observe all Company Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policies
Be aware of current food trends with regard to presentation and style and offer suggestions with new menu ideas and menu design
