We win awards for our fresh, regional cooking - served in a lively atmosphere with great Spanish Beers and wines, live music, DJs, friendly staff and wonderful customers.
We're looking for another Chef (Commis or Junior Chef de Partie) to join a team of 3 chefs and 2 kitchen assistants. You should have at least a years experience of working in a good quality kitchen. We can teach you easily how we do things, so a real love and understanding of good cooking is more important than knowledge of Spanish Cuisine.
Pay will be decent and depends on experience, plus a share of tips.
approximately 45 hours per week, 2 consecutive days off, 5.6 weeks holiday pay and opportunities for promotion because we hope to open more units.
Good English essential and it's better to live fairly close.
