Search: We are looking for a fun, motivated and professional Manager to guide our high reputation Ice Cream Cafe to the next level.
Who we are:  Founded in 2011, Riley has a reputation for excellent Artisan Ice Cream made on site. We are licensed and have a chef who produces wholesome soups, cakes, lunches and Brunches with Bloody Mary's etc.
Who you are: You will enjoy a challenge, have high energy and a minimum of 5 years experience within the hospitality business at the sharp end. You will know and adhere to all HACCP information requirements and have Food and Hygiene training. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy the hustle bustle of a retail environment. You will work closely with our chef who is developing a burgeoning restaurant style business.
