We are offering a great opportunity for a sales and lettings negotiator to join a well established, Multi Award winning, independent, East London Estate Agents.
The perfect candidate will have a keen interest in property and as customer satisfaction is key within this business we are looking for a professional individual who is prepared to go the extra mile. experience would be good but not mandatory
Duties and responsibilities:
• Registering applicants
• Arranging and attending viewings
• Maintaining applicant database
• Negotiating offers
• Liaising with landlords, vendors and the team
• Taking fees
• Preparing required paperwork
• Carrying out property inspections
• Arranging for maintenance to be carried out
Searching for potential landlords and tenants
Salary depends on experience + commission
Applicant must be Willing to start immediately
Office opening hours: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm and Saturday - 11am-4pm
