Coffee Specialist in Shoreditch is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. We specialise in coffee offering 8 different variations of coffee for customers to choose from.
You must have excellent Barista experience and be able to produce the perfect Espresso. We are coffee specialists and staff are expected to product the perfect coffee at speed, every time.
You will be ensuring the afternoon trade of the business is performing to an excellent standard.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
Customer Service - Ensuring we always understand our customers’ needs
Product Knowledge - Providing detailed information about our products to customers
Replenishing Stock - Maintaining high standards throughout your store
Merchandising- Following guidelines to make sure products are displayed correctly
Key Requirements for the role:
2 + Years of Barista experience
Front of House experience (Desirable)
Management experience (Desirable)
Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 Per Year + £2,000 Bonus
Location: Shoreditch (EC1V)
Working Hours: 1pm to 7.30pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday + One day on the weekend.
