COUNTER is the all-day bar and brasserie in the heart of Vauxhall. We are located in an arch right underneath the station and opposite the bus station. Sine opening 2 years ago we have become a fixture for the neighbourhood, reflecting all the diversity of Vauxhall. We have just been joined by an amazing new head chef to take us to be the brasserie for all of London. We are also opening a second dining room in our venue, Counter Termini, a bar and pizzeria.
We are currently seeking confident and motivated waiters and enthusiastic runners to join our exciting team.
Our ideal waiter candidate:
• experience working as a waiter
• Interest in food and drink
• Friendly, professional and motivated
• Fantastic customer service skills which delight and seduce our customers to come back time after time
• Outgoing personality that brings our style and customer service approach across to all our guests - you need to be very comfortable with a very diverse range of guests.

• Hard and fast working
• Eye for detail
• Good English
• Able to communicate with customers
