As a multibrand cosmetics group, we require a top notch graphic designer who is able to handle mutliple projects and manage their own workload within the business.
On a day to day basis you would be involved in production, product design and have the chance to make a real contribution to the business.
The opportunity, a typical day:
* Designing web page layouts
* Preparing print design layouts
* Online and print creative including banners, adverts and brochures
* Illustrations, web icons, buttons and Logos
* Designing promotional emails
* Asset sourcing and product development
* Generating and researching creative solutions
* Contributing to new developments and improvement of existing products
* Demonstrating designs and ideas to others within the organisation
* Participating in brainstorming sessions
* Procurement and liaison with printer
You'll have:
- Relevant and extensive web/print design experience in industry
- Strong track record and portfolio of website and/or print design
- experience working to brand guidelines
- Illustration, video or photography experience would be desirable
- Strong PhotoShop, Adobe CC, InDesign skills
- Ability to design graphics for online
- Strong typographic, illustration and web page layout skills, with particular attention to tonal style, detail and grammar
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (desirable)
- experience with Microsoft office packages
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
- A proactive and can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly
Starting salary circa £25,000 per annum with performance bonus
