We are looking for a Graphic Designer that will be able to demonstrate experience in print and digital. The ideal candidate will have strong layout and typographic skills, as well as knowledge of print. This role would ideally suit somebody who has a background in digital media, and enjoys a fast paced work load. He/She must be comfortable working closely with managers and directors to successfully execute campaign concepts across all digital channels, plus offline materials.
Essential Skills and experience:
- Proficient in the following software: Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, In-Design, Acrobat Professional.
- High-level understanding of print and digital design.
- Ability to send material to print and knowledge in colour management.
- Has a creative approach to executions
- Flexibility, and a good team player
- Must be able to display excellent self-management and initiative.
- Have excellent time management, leadership, communication and delegation skills and be able to build strong working relationships.
- Be both efficient and organised in managing the whole creative process from concept to design and through production.
- Have a personality that can build relationships, and can present various arguments in a structured and constructive manner.
- Become adept at selling great creative work to 'the client'
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Attention to detail

Desirable Skills and experience:
Moderate domain knowledge
Strong written and spoken English language skills.
Be a student of advertising: know who is doing great work and know what new techniques are being used and add value to the business.
