We are a small friendly Property company located in Holland Park.
Position: Graduate Graphic Designer Marketing and Advertising.
Full time: 9am-5pm
Salary: £10 per hour.
Job responsibilities:
1. Designing sales/rental brochures, marketing flyers, leaflets, inventory booklets.
2. Overseeing the whole company branding elements and making sure they are consistently transferred through out all the marketing channels.
3. Updating the rental properties availability lists weekly and revising the rental brochures.
4. Revising and maintaining the branding elements for business cards, letterheads, website and social media.
We are looking for:
1. A Graduate Marketing/ Advertising with creative experience/portfolio.
2. A degree in Business Marketing/Advertising/Design or the equivalent.
3. We need a creative with good experience in design, typography, composition and colour.
4. Understanding of the branding strategies and marketing promotional materials!
5. Ideal candidate would have both marketing strategy knowledge and an eye for design.
6. Web experience would be very beneficial since you will be overseeing the website effectiveness and experience in concept creative ideas for various promotional materials.
7. Visually creative and has a passion for design.
8. Great knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite with excellent skills in PhotoShop and InDesign.
9. Organized and able to work on multiple projects at the same time!
