With a customer base of over 40,000 people across the UK which is growing on a weekly basis they need YOU to become their new Customer Service Executive.
As the new Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:
Answering telephone and email queries in an efficient and professional manner.
Contacting new customers and providing information about their account and making them feel valued.
Updating customer account details as required.
Going above and beyond to solve any customer queries whether that be through a 5 minute call or a 45 minute call.
To be successful in the Customer Service Executive role you will:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to go above and beyond for every customer.
Have a great attention to detail and be a natural problem solver.
Be of a graduate calibre
Know how to have fun and work as part of a dynamic team.
